YOUR ROLE AS A MEMBER OF NURSING TEAM.

(1)You should as a nurse maintain confidential information about your patients.

(2)Your nursing practice should be within the ethical context and legal frame work of nursing.

(4)Communicate effectively and truly to patients and customers both verbally and nonverbal. Provide adequate interventions and evaluate effectively the outcomes.

(3)Help to improve nursing practices with good suggestions and by being constructive in your criticism.Use your knowledge and skills to provide safe nursing care.

(5)Identify the importance of nursing research in the further advancement of nursing programs and practices.

(6)It is important to identify ethical dilemma in place of work and report it to the appropriate authorities. Recognizing inadequate quality of care and report to the appropriate person. Your report should not be based on hate but on merits.

(7)Be a team player, support your peers in the delivery of healthcare services to clients. Love and value nursing and nursing will love you back.Participate with healthcare professionals, the patients and their families in the evaluation of patient progress in obtaining basic health.

(8)You Must report concerns with quality of care to the appropriate person for investigation.

(9) Support health promotion and disease prevention.

(10) Advocate for clients and support HIPAA program.
