INSULIN INJECTION SITES.

I am insulin.

I have my ways.

Fat layer underneath the skin.

If you want me to work

There should be consistency.

Yes I want short needle and consistency.

Don’t inject me into a tough skin.

I will not work.

Rotation and location.

That is not consistency.

There will be no absorption.

If you want me to work.

Fat area underneath the skin.

Do it right.

Rotate the site of injection.

The belly button area is a no fly zone.

Because the skin around there is too tough.

Rotation and location.

I like the lower abdomen areas

Fast and better absorption.

Fat area underneath the skin.

It is not tough.

Look for areas that have fat.

You want me to work.

You can inject in arm areas with fat.

Location and rotation.

Fat area underneath the skin.

You can use the outer thigh.

Location and rotation.

But do not use inner thigh.

Because the inner thigh will be robbing.

Each other when you walk.

Rotate sites

To avoid lumps or swelling.

If you are using your abdomen rotate the sites.

Continuation of one area will result in swelling.

You don’t want soreness.

Rotate injection sites.

Right lower abdomen.

Short needle.

Middle lower abdomen.

Left lower abdomen.

I absorb faster in the abdomen because of fat.

Yes subcutaneous fat.

Use the same area rotating in that area.

Then change to another area.

Don’t inject me into a mole.

I will not work.

Don’t inject me into a scar.

I will not work.

And the real loser .

Will be you because you gave me wrongly.

Injection at the pubic hair area can be painful.

Don’t do it.

Move around the abdomen, arm and thigh area.

Move to new injection sites weekly.

Moving around same area of the body for a week.

Changing sites.

Moving from one area to another after rotating the site.

If your blood sugar remain high.

It can lead to heart, eye and feet problem.

Plus kidney and nerves disorder.

I am insulin.

Use me well,I can be beneficial.

I am insulin.

Check out my sites.

What do you think.

I am insulin.

I want consistency.

NB: Diabetes has no cure. But you can make a commitment to take good care of yourself. Have a plan for your diabetes. There is a special syringe for insulin injection. Have a container to drop off the used syringe.
