Or no fat.
Do I need to fry.
Boiling or microwave is better.
Don’t care about greens
but will do for my heart.

Steam,broil or bake.
What about roasting.
Yes good roasting.
Have you tried lemon pepper.
What about onions and garlic.
Squeeze lemon on your fish.
I didn’t like the taste but for my heart.

Yogurts, low fat yogurts.

White breast meat is better than the dark meat around chicken thighs.
I don’t like chicken legs.
And there is nothing good in it.

I will eat less saturated fats.

Hate garlic must eat it.
Walk around to help my heart.
I love low fat milk.
Or 1% milk or skim milk.
Sometimes I cheat with 2% milk.
Do you like tenderloin.
I love beef tenderloin.

Or the flank steak.
