WHAT HAPPENED TO MY KNEE.

Yesterday you were good.

You were very good.

You were with me.

I pushed and pulled with you.

I went to work with you.

You never failed me.

My healthy knees.

I pulled 16hours with you.

Non stop working.

You were strong.

Moved patient in bed all by myself.

From 3rd floor to first floor for CT Scan.

That was yesterday.

We did all that.

But look at you today.

Just look at you today.

Synovial membrane disappearing.

Inflammation of the cells.

Worn out cartilage.

And narrow joint space.

I look at you I cried.

I think of you I cried.

I wish I know.

Crippling experience.

Take care of your knee.

Yesterday I could stand for eight hours.

Not as young as it used to be.

Mentally alert and oriented x4

Today I cannot stand for one hour.

Are you relegating me to background?.

Physically not so great.

Want to return to work but cannot.

I want to run but cannot.

I want to walk long distance but cannot.

Value what you have.

Appreciate what you have.

I want to appreciate my knee but it’s gone.

I need a treatment with impressive success.

Hopefully surgery to correct it.

But you will never be the same.

What about the pain and swelling.

Sorry my knees I took you for granted.

My synovial fluid is missing.

The synovial membrane missing.

So the bones are robbing on each other.

That is why I have pain.

That is why I have inflammation.

My yesterday knee I miss you.

I hate today’s knees.

Frequent falling.

Is this my new.

Overall cost to fix my knee.

My doctor said that it’s over $10,000.

It will never be the same.

I wish I preserved you.

You were great yesterday.

I wish someone educated and empowered me.

I think that I know.

But never believed that it will be my knee.

It can be your knee.

What is this arthritis?.

Osteoarthritis.

Tendonitis.

Just get off my knees.

Come back and be good.
