After a heavy breakfast.

Sat down on the sofa.

My eye begins to close.

And to my body get up and let’s move.

I don’t want a sedentary life.

Blood sugar high no physical activity.

Need physical activity.

To lower my blood sugar.

Physical activity lowers my blood sugar

Improve blood circulation to

all the parts of the body.

Send stress packing.

Keeps my joint free.

Strengthen my heart, muscles and tendons.

And also my bones happy.

But tired, sit down move legs and arms.

At least I have sweated for today.

Check blood sugar with blood sugar machine.

Blood sugar today between 70 to 90.

Within normal limits .

Snacks time with one of my favorite candy bars.

Then will walk for the heart.

Walk and send glucose into the cells.

Yes the glucose in my cells to provide energy.

Is that too much to ask for.
