Any music is great.

Some exercise.

Smile and be happy is not bad.

Check your blood sugar.

Eat balanced meals three times a day.

Give your insulin in lower abdomen

Or your outer thigh.

Maintain good blood sugar.

Healthy living.

Are you ready to dance

Move your hands and legs.

Dance only if you can dance.

If you cannot just sit down

and shake your head.

Move your hands.

Move your legs.

It is not a must but a choice.

Manage yourself.
