But my bone is not exposed. (Stage 111)

I am localized injury over a bony prominence .

Tissue loss with exposed bone,(stage 1V)

tendon or muscle.Slough or eschar present.

Including tunneling or undermining.

My depth remains unknown.

That is unstageable,base unexposed.

Covered with sloughs.

( yellow, tan,grey or brown)

Purple or maroon localized area of ,
