HELL! Nobody wants that.

GRAVE. No,no way.Not ready.COVID19,you should go to the grave then to hell. Not my portion they all said.

DANGER. Make me strong and never allow it to happen again. No don’t want danger.

HOSPITAL VISIT ?. Infection?.

Hospital acquired infection?.

Abusive and rude staff?.

Need competent doctors and nurses.

No hateful doctors and nurses. Hatefulness can lead to negligence and abuse of power.And also compliance issues. Hospitals with evidence based practice, science and technology oriented. Yes we all want that.

EMERGENCY ROOM?.In as much as we love Emergency room because you have professionals (doctors, nurses and respiratory therapists)that know what they doing.Still we don’t want Emergency department. Know your right as a patient in case you find yourself in ED.

DENTIST?.They are not bad. But here are what we do not want.Pulling our tooth from our mouth as if you are pulling a big truck from a huge hole. Minimize pain please.And can you please numb the area before you pull.?.We promise to floss our teeth three times a day and in between meals. And to eat a healthy balanced diet three times a day.

DOCTOR OFFICE ?.We all want a competent doctor that will have your interest at heart. But if you have a doctor that hides away information from you because he doesn’t not believe that you should know. Or if you have a doctor that is very deceptive, selfish, interested more of himself than your well being. Then you need to get yourself a new doctor. Pay attention and be part of your plan of care. Know your rights as a patient. Seek for second opinion when in doubt. If you have a doctor that like to play a race card seek a second opinion.And change that doctor whenever you can.Always be prepared when you go to your doctor office.

Do not allow yourself to be stigmatized for example because you are a gay man , you have HIV or because you are black you must be poor . Do not accept that.

Exercise,slight physical activity i s good for your body. Do not smoke it is not good for you. Eat nutritious balanced meals three times a day.

Get vaccinated when it is your turn.Social distance, wear your mask and wash your hands with soap and water frequently, used hand sanitizer if water is not available and your hands are not physically soiled with blood and body fluid.

Avoid stress,it is not good for your health. Smile, but be determined and focused. Don’t be angry because you will miss the point.” “”If your condition worsen go the emergency room, don’t come to my office “.That was the doctor regular message during the COVID19 PANDEMIC.

What does that tell you?.It tells you that you are in charge of your own health,so be there for you. Your doctor is not in charge, but you are.Do the right thing.
