CONDOM CARE.

It is important to prevent skin excoriation after you place condom.So here is what we can do.

1.Condom will be removed every day and the penis washed with soap and water, dry and inspect for skin irritation.Handle the penis with care.It is very fragile. There are manufacturer’s instructions to follow.

2. Condom should be kept about 2inch away from the tip of the penis to prevent sensitivity and irritation of the penis.

3.In order to maintain good skin integrity around the genital area and prevent excoriating of the glands.It is important to make sure that there is no kinks and the tube that collect urine from the condom drops it in the urinary bag.

4.Secure the condom to prevent leakage,but don’t constrict blood vessels and prevent blood flow to the penis.
