Primary diagnosis:Right hip pain due to ground level fall. Walking to the living room to sit down ,she slip and fell.Subtrochanteric femur fractures. 🛌

Secondary diagnosis dm,htn,hypothyroidism,Osteoporosis, cataracts removal. Right hip swelling.

RA. 95%

Purwick in place for convenient and patient request.(female urinal)

NKDA.

Laboratory tests:

WBC = 9.0.

H/H 12.0/36%.

Na =136.

K= 3.8

Norco 10 /325mg Q6hours prn pain mild to moderate.

morphine 2mg IV Q8hrs severe pain.

0.9NS@75mlhr left forearm.

NPO x medication and ice chips.
