NURSES SHORTAGE ,HOSPITAL OR COVID19 WHO IS GUILTY?.

There are various factors that has lead to nurses shortage. And these include:

1.Nurses resignation: With the effects of COVID19 Pandemic that eliminated the life of so many people including healthcare professionals, specifically nurses ,doctors etc.Nurses were highly disappointed during the COVID19 on how the hospital management treated them. They were relegated to the background and profit stood in front.

No PPE for staff ,no supplies for safety, you are to use one mask for eight or twelve hours without changing it. Some nurses died due to lack of N95. We wish that we can bring them back but they are gone.

2.Payback time: There were no sympathy for the loyal staff that have served the hospitals for more than 5,10,15 ,20 or 30years. These nurses were suspended or fired when they tried to remind the hospital 🏥managements their own policies and procedures. So as COVID19 get worst with poor staffing, they decided to try something else to give themselves some emotional support.

3.Not all nurses are leaving for the greener Pasteur. Some are still hanging in there because of health insurance, or are about to retire. 4.Long Hauler from COVID19. The COVID19 affected these long haulers differently to the extend that they are unable to return to work soon.They want to return to work but are not physically fit yet.

5.Nursing Agencies are hiring and are paying as high as $3000.00 to $5000.00 a week.Can you imagine that. Some are paying sign on bonus of $10,000.Check out ayahealthcare.com. I wish my knees were happy with me. This would have been a perfect time to make that money. 💰But the truth is that they are moving from frying pan into 🔥fire.From the KNOWN to the UNKNOWN because you will be abused physically and psychologically.The hospitals will use them in an unimaginable ways as if they are horses.But luckily it is only for 13 WEEKS.If you can do it,go for it.Buy your private health insurance they are affordable. Are we collectively guilty or the hospitals are guilty 100%?.In as much as I don’t want to put the blame on the hospitals, I will definitely said that the hospitals are guilty 70% and our leaders 30% because they failed to disclosed the COVID19 and these attitude allowed these hospitals to exploit and psychologically abused some of the nursing staff. These are how they did it.Even though the hospitals knew that patients had COVID19, they pretended that it was Pneumonia or other chronic conditions or pre COVID19. Hello the signs and symptoms were there.When they were warned they turned their deaf ears.

And bad boy named COVID19 PANDEMIC flew in without weapons but massacred the old ,people with chronic diseases, without chronic diseases, the young.If you stand 🧍‍♂️in the way it will quickly run 🏃‍♂️ over you.People were running helter skelter. We finally got the vaccines but some people refused to get vaccinated.

So please tell me why the doctors ,nurses and respiratory therapists should be attending to the unvaccinated ?.Healthcare Professionals are human beings and can get sick and die,so why should they sacrifice their lives when you refused mask 😷and refused to get vaccinated.
