I AM A CARRIER OF MRSA.HOW DO I STOP THE SPREAD?.

Please follow Personal Guidelines on prevention.

Cover all infected wounds with a bandage do not touch them after covering.

Wash your hands. Stop poking the open wound.

If your wound is leaking put extra guaze to soak the drainage and prevent it from leaking out. See your doctor or wound care specialist.

Remember that there are people with weak immune systems elders,babies the immunodeficiency or immunosuppressive individuals.

If MRSA is in your feces or urine clean the toilet seat 🚽well to prevent the spread of infection.

If it is in your nare cover your nares when going out if you are infectious.

Do not participate in contact sports if you have MRSA.

Remember that during sports you will sweat and your bandage will fall off. So don’t participate in contact sports until your wound is healed.

Do your gyms at home if you have open wound.

If you go to the gym disinfect all the equipment after using it.

Shower before and after using public places such as hot tubs,swimming pools, saunas etc.

Use soap to shower and shower very well .

Shower will help to reduce the bacteria on your body and stop the spread of MRSA.

Please do not go to the manicure 💅, messages, gyms, hair stylish, swimming 🏊‍♀️pools until your wound is healed.

Shower ,shower and wash your hands frequently.

People with skin conditions such as eczema or surgical intervention are more likely to get the infection.

Don’t spread MRSA around so that it will not spread to new born babies, immunosuppressive individuals or weak or older adults.
