Mr Jones also complained about lots of stress at work and at home.

The stress has made him to eat lots of food all the time.

He is thirsty, urinates frequently ,blurry vision,and always hungry.

The nurse checked his blood sugar and it is 205.

Blood sugar to be rechecked in 2hours.

In 2hours blood sugar is 450.

Doctor ordered regular insulin 8units × 1, and writes orders for Inpatient admission for observation and medical treatment.

Diabetes education started.

Mr Jones laboratory tests done and he is admitted to MedTelemetry Unit.

Room 42109 under doctor Dopamine, Forest. Jones sister is sent home.
