HOW DO YOU RESPONSE TO BURNOUT AS A NURSE?.THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE YOUR RESPONSE.

Organizations should make more resources available to allow nurses to Cope and De-stress. If these resources are available burnout can be prevented and emotional exhaustion eliminated in most cases.

1.Do not apologize excessively.

2.Maintain responsibility for your decision. 3.Accept the Manipulative Criticism, do not cry.

4.Stay calm focus and repeat your reply without trying to justify it.

6. Be Honest about how you feel. Use “I” in your statement.

7.Do not be aggressive it is not necessary.

8.No Temper Tantrums, backbitting.

9.You do not need to revenge or Slander anyone or your Organization.

10.Let there be no Sarcastic remarks, it is not necessary.

11.Remember do not threaten anyone.

12.Use the appropriate body language that matches your verbal message.Make eye contact when relating your message, facial expressions and body posture.

WHAT IS BURNOUT?.

Burnout is a condition of been Physically and emotionally depleted after a period of continuous,nonstop unrelieved Stress characterized sometimes with Physical illness. #organization,#stress,#nurse, #management,#de-stress,#healthcare,#hospitals, #physicalillness,#mentalexhaustion,#physicalandemotionaldepletion.#nonstopunrelievedstress.
