The nurse on general surgery with indifference nonchallant written all over her went to another nurse and started her statement with the phrase “this is just a friendly reminder that you should do A,B, C.She looked at her with determination to be a great teamplayer and role model, you responded thank you for your friendly reminder. And she walked away, but other nurses got mad at her that she should have insulted her.But she wanted to be a role model to her children and others to look upto her.So she smiled and told them to calm down. She knew she will never be a good wife because she lacks respect and she is full of herself. What about please “do not forget” to do A,B and C.

There are other ways that we can influence people by been nice and showing good examples. Because when you think that you are punishing someone you’re making them stronger and hurting yourself in the long run. It is better not to wear at all than to wear a dirty singlet.Do not talk to other people anyhow just because you have mouth or in charge of activities or something at that point in time. She got married fought her husband on so many occasions during employees get together, family reunion, campus reunion and her mother continued to defend her.But mother should be advising her daughter. What you do not like ,do not do it to others.

Every nurse thinks that he or she is the best. But I want to say that we are all good in different ways. I love to start saline lock, tidy up my patients tables and create fun to put a smile on their faces no matter what they are going through. Another nurse might like to scare them, by been very serious, tight face like army officer and try to “friendly reminder ” of what you want them to know. Be a smart leader and make good decisions. So many patients will love the serious scary face, and some patients especially those that do not work under unconducive environment will hate it because it will make them to be very uncomfortable. So what I am trying to say is that we are all good in our own ways. But “friendly reminder ” should not be accepted because we can do better.
