Everyone study differently, you should develop the study skills that work for you.I like to study in a Quiet environment and that works perfectly for me.But some people will like to study in a Noisy environment.Other people will soak up their feet in cold water to keep awake all night. But did it work for them?.
I knew a colleague that falls asleep as soon as she soaked her feet in water.

Have a Routine Study Habits and let it work for you.
Study when others are asleep: Some people like to study when other people are sleeping. And some students will like to study with their boyfriend or girlfriend. I don’t know how they do it but I will not recommend that.Studying with a boyfriend or girlfriend might not work for everyone.
This is my tips for study to make a good grade.NB: Remember that good nutritional meals cost money, so good grades involve good study habits.
1.Have a Study Corner or Study Room.
2.Conducive Environment, quiet and well-lighted.Have your desk lamp for study.Have a desk or a table that you can use to study. Make sure that your light is bright for you to see clearly. You do not want impaired vision due overstraining your eyes.
3. References: Refer to your Nursing book or your Dictionary or Online. If you are in doubt ask a good student that understands the subject better than you for clarification.Do not be shy.There are no stupid questions. No question is stupid.
4.Time to Study: It is very important to form the habit of studying everyday. Turn off your phone so that you cannot be reached and get distracted.You want grade A or A+,did you study for A or A+?.
5. Set out time to study.I usually study from 8pm to 12midnight.I will map out time for each subject .
Anatomy and Physiology : 1.5hours.
English essay : 1hour.
10minutes break.
Physics :1.5hours.
Mathmatics. : 1hour.
10minutes restroom π»and stretch.
Go to bed and sleep from 12am to 5am.
5am to 6am: Review today’s lecture and get organized for your day.
6am to 6:30am shower and dress up for lecture. 6: 30 to 7am breakfast ( most important meal of the day)
7am to 8am: Revisit and review plans for the day.
8am to 9am: Microbiology.
9:15 to 1015am Physics or Chemistry laboratory.
10:30 to 11:30 Study and review your note.
11:30 to 12:30 Lunch time.
12:30 to 1:30 Biology laboratory.
1:30 to 2: 30pm Political science.
3pm to 7pm part time job or family time.Use your flashcards to study during this time.The topic should be outlined in the flashcards to make it easy to glance at.
8pm to 12midnight study time arrange your subjects per priority and know what you want to study each time. Everything in life that is successful was planned out very well,and so should be your academic.
Eat adequate protein each meal.
Maintain normal sugar level.(70 to 110)
Have a regular exercise everyday.
Minimize your stress level,don’t allow anyone to stress you.
Gut health is gut care.Drink adequate fluids.
Have a good quality night sleep.
Maintain your cholesterol level by eating only good fat.
