To maintain my physical fitness and shape. Involves every movement of my body.

I will wear sport bra to keep it together.

Perform for muscle strengthening.

Perform for my heart ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

My blood circulation to circulate well.

To prevent heart attacks.

It will improve my mental health.

Can it help my depression?.

I will ask my doctor.

To maintain my weight or lose few pounds. Frequency will boost my immune system.

Help to maintain normal blood sugar. Aerobic exercises like bicycling, running , hiking, playing tennis will improves cardiovascular endurance.

Anaerobic exercises which include muscle strengthening, weight training.

Flexibility exercises will help improve range of motion of the joints and muscles.

Can this be one of my New year resolutions?.

That sounds like a plan in the right direction.
