One of my favorite moments was when I took a trip to Las Vegas for a conference. It was very interesting and successful trip. I have been to Las Vegas before for vacations but this is different. It was the most expensive trip to Las Vegas. I took a flight from Ontario Airport and landed at the airport in Las Vegas.Then took a taxi š to my hotel.
This time I came for a wound care conference.I saw all the tall beautiful hotels in Las Vegas. I stayed in one of hotel and the conference is in a different hotel. I could not understand why there were so many homeless people in Las Vegas. I kept asking questions to find out why. I got someone who said that she came to Las Vegas to gamble but unfortunately she gambled all her money and could not secure employment. So she decided to stay back in Las Vegas.
I am not sure about the authenticity of her statement.I found out that the casinos can eat up all your money. You keep on believing that you will win and the machines with the flashing lights š„ are there to lure you in .I gambled but lost everything and stopped after three rounds.

Yes, I have been there. The $$ spent daily on electric lights and powering slot machines there could build a lot of wells for people who need fresh water in impoverished countries ā¦ I feel sorry for those people who feed their hard-earned money into those gobblers!!

Iām glad you had the intelligence to stop before your money was all gone, too. The casino owners build those fabulous buildings with the $$ of people less intelligent than you are!,
