My first crush ?.I am blushing right now. I never really have a first crush but I will share my story.Long,long time ago it started when I was in elementary school. My desk mate was a boy named Peter. He was academically smart and so do I.

Every morning the students will line up and match into their classrooms with a song and a band. I remember this song very well. I remember it as if it was yesterday. The song goes like this.

I got nobody to comfort my soul.

I music paddle my own 🛶 canoe.

With the last song in my lip the devil struck. And that devil was my teacher. I can’t recall his name right now.

He said ,”Peter is here to comfort your soul “.He laughed hysterically. For the first time I looked up to see Peter’s face.Peter was a fine boy as quiet as the cemetery or should I say a butterfly 🦋.

He looked at me with admiration and I looked at him with admiration. We quietly kept our hands clued to our body.His father was a law enforcement officer, and my father and grandfather were also in law enforcement .My mother is a chief disciplinarian.So that crush was initiated but never lasted. We became friends and very nice to each other as long as our classroom works and that was it.

The next year Peter’s father was transfered to a different city. And that was the end of the story. Peter enjoyed studying all the time. He read fiction and nonfiction 📚 books. After school he went to the library to study. He told his family that he wanted to be a physician.When the news about their transfer to another city broke he came and told me and wish me luck.

He asked me what I want to be when I grow up. I told him that I want to be a lawyer and we bid each other farewell. What do physicians do?.

What do lawyers do?.

When I got home I told my parents and my siblings that I want to be a lawyer. They all discouraged me because I was very quiet. My father suggested that I should be a nurse.I asked him why?.

He said that he wanted me to take care of him and my mother. I cried and curse him out. To my greatest surprise many years later I became a Registered nurse which was my father’s wise for me.But he was not here to see me realize his wishes for me.
