When nurses are respecting autonomy during the delivery of care they should support the patients to make informed decisions. There should be mutual understanding between the patient and the nurse. The nurse should not be violated by the patient.

2.Fair Assignment: Assignment for the nursing staff should be equal and based on staff categories.LVN or LPN assignments should not be the same as the Registered nurse assignments. New registered nurses should not be dumped on. Minority nurses should not receive the worst assignments. When the assignment is unfair you are not only hurting the nurse you are equally hurting the patients. The acuity of patients should be considered when assigning patients. Fair Assignment reduces burnout and minimize mistakes, prevent resignation.

3.High Standard of care: The importance of evidence based practice cannot be over emphasized.Medications including antibiotics should be given on time as ordered following the eight rights.There should be no complications during surgical procedures. Admissions, discharge and procedures done on time.

4.Job Satisfaction:Take care of your employees so that they will take care of you and your company. If nurses are satisfied then job retention will be maintained. When employees are happy and satisfied with their place of work they will work harder and better. They will stay longer because they are satisfied. Company will see higher success rate on the productivity outcome.
5.Teamwork: Nurses and other healthcare professionals should support each other to make the jobs easier for everyone. Teamwork will improve effectiveness, efficiency and increase productivity.

6. Staff morality: A conducive work environment will lead to high morality of the staff members. Nurses should not be micomanaged.Twelve hours is a long shift nurses deserve 45minutes to one hour break.
7.Patient outcomes: Good care of patient with specific goal oriented directives will lead to good outcomes.
8.Continuity of Care: If assignment are fairly distributed everyone including the patients will be satisfied.
