What are your daily habits?.

In an attempt to prepare myself to be accountable and evaluate my actions I develop some questions as a guide. This includes my strengths, weakness, my capabilities, my leadership skills. So I formulated my daily habits plans.My daily purpose and what needs to be accomplished is very important step in my daily routine. My daily habits are as follows:

1.I woke up in the morning and say my prayers. I read psaĺm 23 and psaĺm 91.The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want.He maketh me to lie down in green pasteurs. Meditation 🧘‍♂️ 🧘‍♂️ for ten minutes.

2.I drank a glass of water,wash my face and brush my teeth. I drank a total of eight glasses of water a day.

3.Focused on my daily goals. Reflect, plan and work on multiple goals both short and long term goals .I am composed, confident,knowledgeable and speak with positivity. I am accountable and responsible for everything that I do daily. I am answerable to results.Focusing on my strength rather than weaknesses it gave me to focus on more positive things.

4.Daily Exercise: I do my daily walking for 30minutes to one hour. After walking I watch exercises on television 📺 Regular exercises helps to increase my blood circulation which includes blood flow to the kidneys. Making the kidneys to be more effectively maintaining the body’s fluid balance and acid- based balance and excretion of the body waste.Rhythmic contraction and relaxation of the muscles, tone ,strengthen and improve joints mobility. The more you exercise the more strength you have to work. Regular exercise slows down the effects of aging.Benefits of exercises are as follows:

A. Muscle efficiency and your flexibility will drastically improve.

B.Efficiency of nerve impulse transmission will automatically increase. C. Muscle coordination will also improve. The disadvantage of immobility could be seen in long term bedridden patients.

5.Reading: I love to read most of the time .I read and do some write up most of the day. I organized myself very well and put things together for my own good. When I am reading, I have my cup of tea in front of me.Reading of so many books allows me to gather adequate information.This written symbols is transmitted into writing.

5.I eat my food three times a day.Good nutrients are used by the body for growth, reproduction, lactation, health maintenance, development, activity and recovery from illness. Nutrients needs change throughout our life circle in response to body change.
