What strategies do you use to increase your daily comfort life. #Daily writing Prompt.

The strategies that I use to increase my daily comfort including the following but are not limited to that.Waking up on time consistently, prayers, meditation, exercise ,focused and organized.

WAKING UP. I wake up in the morning. I spent one minute in stretching, turn and tossing on the bed 🛏 until my eyes open up fully .It is morning and the ☀ sun is rising.

PIXABAY.COM/IMAGE. The sun is rising. I am wide awake.

PRAYER. I read bible verses. My popular Bible verses are psaĺm 23,and 91.The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want ………. I also 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ meditate.

EXERCISE. I exercise for fifteen to thirty minutes, sweat now I am ready for shower.

SHOWER.

I shower and brush my teeth with toothbrush and toothpaste. After shower 🚿 and cleaning up I feel refresh and ready for the day.

The exercise helps to improve my arm,shoulders and joints.

Let my day begin with my regular schedule taking 45minutes break for lunch.Return back to work and continue to do what I do best.The job that sustains me to have a normal life. Working with good people is very important. With broad mind you can work with anyone as long as you clean up after yourself, organize your work, listen more,talk less and have the required skills needed to do the job.
