He has intelligence quotient of 82.He said to his primary care nurse .I am not that smart but I am great in helping people and I am very strong. You see I cleared my table and carried the food tray to the food Cart.The nurse knows that Tony is most likely demonstrating what?.

A. Positive self- concept with fair high self Esteem of himself.

B.Knowledge deficit and impaired judgment

C.Low self Esteem with high self concept.

D.A Positive self concept and Positive self Esteem.

Correct answer is A.

Rationale Tony has a high self concept of himself when he said that I am very strong and a fairly high self Esteem of himself. He acknowledged that he is not very smart which is true. B,C,and D are all wrong.
