Npo for laporoscopic appendectomy. Patient is not at risk for fall.Do patient have advance Directive?.No .Copy of advance Directive on the chart.Alert and oriented x 4.

Morphine 4mg IVP Q3hours.

On 07/25/2023 @10am Laparascopic Appendectomy performed by doctor Moneytalks. Middle abdominal dressing and right side of abdomen with Jackson Pratt in place with bloody drainage. Voiding well.
Placed patient on clear liquid diet after surgery. Patient has poor appetite eat this time.Ate only 25% of her dinner. Encourage ambulation Qshift.
