Zosyn 3.375gm IVP Q8hour scheduled. Flagyl 500mg IVP Q8hour scheduled.

Morphine 4mg IVP Q3hours.

Norco 10/325mg 1tablet po Q4hours prn moderate pain.

Norco 10/325mg 2tablets po Q6hours prn severe pain.

Pantoprazole 40mg po QAMAC.

Zofran 4mg IVP Q4hours prn nausea and vomiting.

Tylenol 650mg po Q4hours prn temperature.

Laboratory test-CBC with differential,Bmp.Blood culture done.

On 07/25/2023 @10am Laparascopic Appendectomy performed by doctor Moneytalks. Middle abdominal dressing and right side of abdomen with Jackson Pratt in place with bloody drainage. Voiding well.

Placed patient on clear liquid diet after surgery. Patient has poor appetite eat this time.Ate only 25% of her dinner. Encourage ambulation Qshift.
