The action of learning how to interact in a society that will be generally accepted by families, friends, peer groups ,religious groups and the masses .The assimilation of my culture and that of the society that I am dwelling in. And this takes me to opening up a shop to sell coffee, ☕ tea and snacks.The name of my shop will be “SmilingFace Coffee”.I will have tables and chairs in front of my shop for my beautiful awesome customers to sit interact and socialize with others. There will be books 📚 for those interested to read. While the music will be playing soft, cool melodious songs.
With time I will add jollof rice on Friday and Saturday menu. This is a test to see if people will love the idea. As for the coffee and tea is everyday affair. Monday to Sunday 24/7.
One of my Shop critical business objectives is to keep my customers happy by keeping the costs down. So when compared with other businesses of my type providing similar services in the surrounding area my shop rates will continue to be among the lowest in the neighborhood. Cost effective measures will apply to control expenditures.
I will continue to expand and invest in my shop to make it function effectively and efficiently. I will continuously be committed to balancing the operation of my shop , and investments at the right time.Also customers satisfaction will be my number one priority and customers include my staff.
Myself and my staff will maintain and deliver high quality, safe and reliable SmilingFace Coffee shop maintaining financial stability and responsible stewardship to our customers. There is a saying that “if you build it they will come”.We will build a solid beautiful shop making my shop the best that will attract customers including tourists .
