What you love about where you live?.#Dailywriting prompt.

What I love about where I live is huge.Please pardon me if I fail to list all of them. It is beautiful and seated on the hills with some slope. I will list what I can remember.

Quietness: I love the quietness of where I live. In my neighborhood you can hear a pin drop.

Safety: It is a safe neighborhood and everyone is going about their businesses without interruption. There are no trespassing or homelessness.

Security: It is very secured,most of the streets are Cul de sac.You can leave your windows open at night. You can park your car outside without any incident.

Friendly: The people are nice and very friendly. Some of us exchange gifts with each other during Thanksgiving and Christmas.

🏜Desert: The place is a desert but we love it as it is.We planted trees and they bring in some fresh air. We use fertilizer and water for our crops .

Immigrants: We all came from various part of the country and the world. Some are proficient in English language and some are not.But we seem to understand ourselves very well.When there is obvious disconnection in communication due to deficiency in English language our children will quickly jump right in to interpret. 😂

What I do not love about where I live is that once in a while our mailboxes are broken into by unknown people. This can be concerning for so many of us.
