After trying several ways to improve my quality of life such as keeping myself busy by working lot of hours . I discovered that I was doing myself a disservice because working is different from routine exercise and good nutrition .

Exercises: Daily habits that I love doing is exercise. I do exercises such as walking and treadmills for 30minutes to one hour everyday.

Good Nutrition: I eat balanced meals three times a day ( protein, Cabohydrate and fat)

Protein intake:Protein helps the body to do well and heal properly. I eat some protein found in eggs, fish,legumes and some diary products. These can be found in grocery stores.

Hydration: I drink adequate amount of fluid every day. Hydration is very important. ( Water, other fluids intake)

Good exercise does the body Good.

No alcohol intake for me.I drink water,orange juice and tea.You can decrease the intake of alcohol. Everything should be in moderation.

Supplemental vitamins: I take multivitamin, iron, calcium and vitamin D3.

High fiber diet: Due to all medications that I take especially the iron.I increase my fiber intake to prevent constipation.

Adequate Calcium: Calcium is necessary to maintain bone strength. I take 1,500mg of calcium on a daily basis. I also take a glass of milk πŸ₯›, and yogurt sometimes.

Conclusively,I will say that good nutrients and daily exercises will play a vital role in improvement of your quality of life.
