The furthest distance that I have traveled within the United States of America by road is 2,580miles. On September 5th 1990 my family and I traveled from Melbourne Florida to Los Angeles California.

It was affordable bus fare and we are on a restricted budget so we took it.I slept most of the time. I can’t really remember or recall what I saw on the road.The ride was very smooth. We stop at the greyhound bus stop station to use the restroom and get something to eat. It was a day’s journey. We arrived in Los Angeles greyhound bus station the next day . At the bus station family members were waiting to take us home. It was a very beautiful and enjoyable experience. I wish I will ever have such opportunity again.

Traveling by road is really worth it especially for sightseeing experience and if you are on a low or restricted budget. Inside of the bus was very clean then.I believe that it is still same today.The difference now is that there are too many homelessness and I wonder about the smell and what greyhound is doing to minimize such .

I have also traveled to so many other places since then but these are all by airline. I have traveled to different places like Chicogo,Houston, New York, Maryland, Arizona, Las Vegas,San Francisco, San Jose all in the United States of America.I have also traveled to Lagos Nigeria . Traveling is moving from one place to another. It is worth it than staying in one place.
