What details of your life could you pay more attention to?. #Dailywriting prompt.

The details of my life that I could pay more attention to is my health and maintaince of my health. What do I need to do and be doing well to live a long healthy ,peaceful and fulfilling life?.I have deferred immediate gratification for a better long term goals for tomorrow, resourcefulness, self sufficient and cleanliness of self , immediate surroundings and environment.

Good health is to be valued because it affects achievements. Illness is a serious challenge in achieving your goals in life. So I have to do everything possible to maintain my health .And it is also important to work on recovering when you are sick and to maintain your health and prevent ill-health. A major support system in learning wellness behavior is your family .

In my inclusion on health and wellness this is not just the absence of disease. Health includes the physical health, emotional, intelletual,spiritual, sociocultural and environmental factors.

Health is individualized and everyone takes care of their health differently. Since health is clearly individualized each individual is affected differently by many factors, The ability to look at how each factor interrelated with one another is considered holistic. Each interdependent parts comes together to serve as a whole person.Your mental health can affect your physical health. Uncleanness can lead to illness. And lack of access to hospital or health clinics ,poor socioeconomic status can lead to morbidly and mortality.

It is important to note that if you have illness and good health care system, good compliance with plan of care you can achieve quality of life and wellness.

So I want to pay more detail attention to my health to maintain it and promote maximum functioning of my life.
