The use of Meditation for stress management.

Meditation is an effective way of coping with stress.Meditation helps to reduce stress or completely eliminate stress.There are four principles to guide you.These are:

1.It must be a quiet surroundings for effective meditation. Sit down like in the pictures below and relax.

2.Comfortable position. Be mindful of your body sensations.

3.Create a passive attitude.

4. Have a mental image to focus on.

When practicing meditation your eyes should be closed.

Relax your major muscle groups.

Repeat the words that you have selected, silently with each exhalation while paying attention to your breathing. Example of words that you selected can be “I am happy “.You can use the words that you selected. Or on the other hand you may focus on a pleasant scene and mentally place yourself in that environment while you’re slowly breathing in and out paying attention to your breathing pattern.
