Walking is a form of aerobic exercise.

Favorite physical exercise is walking. Reduction of stress when I walk.

Walking helps me breathe better.

I inhale and exhale while walking.

I have my me time when I am walking.

Walking will help me lose weight.

My favorite physical form of exercise is walking.

Types of body movement exercises.

I. Aerobic Exercise: This type of exercise promotes cardiovascular system.

It increases blood flow and circulation. Increase heart rate and metabolic demand for oxygen.

For example jogging, cross country skiing, swimming, walking, jumping ropes, racquetball, aerobic dance, bicycling etc.

2.Stretching Exercise: This exercise allows movement of the joints and muscles increase in flexibility of the muscles gently through full range of motion. It is a warm up and cool down exercises.

For example dancing, yoga. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Benefits are : Increase range of joints movement, and posture.

Improve circulation and relaxation.

3.Strength and Endurance exercises: Different types of exercises fall under this category such as isometric exercise. ( strength and endurance)

This increase the power of the whole muscular and muscle system.

For example running after little kids, house cleaning, climbing the stairs. It may be regarding as aerobic exercise or it may not be regarding.

Anaerobic exercise:

The supply of oxygen will be less than the higher demands of oxygen created due to the contraction of muscle and the extra amount of oxygen that the body will need to recover from the exercise.
