During physical activities or exercises there will be increase in respiratory rate, exchange of gas at the alveolar and there will be increased rate of the carbon dioxide excretion.And with time regular exercise helps to improve the functioning of the pulmonary.

My most favorite physical activities or exercises are dancing, walking around and cooking. I do these three activities without feeling it.Dancing is the easiest way to exercise because you could stand up and dance ,sitting down while dancing, and you can be lying down moving your hip/waist, hands and legs dancing. It might not be the same as standing up while dancing but it is better than nothing.

7.Practice,practice make you a perfect dancer.Don’t allow criticism to weigh you down in the beginning.

8.Improve your overall health, your pulmonary function and cardiovascular.
