LESSONS LEARNED.

Learned recently to love me.

Becausenobodywill .

To take care of my health.

To be kind to others.

Anger can kill you ifyou’lllet it.

Don’t eat up yoùr colleagues .

Satan cannot fill my heart with greed.

I must not miss my targetedgoals.

To happiness and to be loved.

Think and move in the right direction.

Not like Cain with envy and jealous.

Out of hate he took the life of his brother.

Due to Jealousy he murdered Abel .

The originator of greed and violence.

Don’treport your colleagues out of Jealousy.

Learned to do my work diligently.

I will not backstàb my colleagues.

What goes around comes around.

Learned not to contribute to others predicament.

Don’t get othersfired because of different background.

Don’t sterotype anyone.

Do not judge a book by its cover.

Take your break ,cast no blame.

Respect is reciprocity.

Give me some of it.

Many assessment are based on skin color.

Most often it backfires.

How doyou judge a pudding.

Without tasting the pudding.

I have learned recently to carefor me. 

Without good health you are not living.

If not living you are only existinĝ.

Don’tletlife be meaningless.

Every part of your bodyisimportant .

You lose your hands what can you open?.

Unable able to writeis very frustrating.

Lose your leg walking becomes a challenge.

Each individual has a relationship ,

between use of energy and self integration.

Repaired knee is nota new knee.

So I advice notto worktoo hard.

Don’t eat younger nurses.

Know when to say NO

Do not over work yourselves.

Ifyou are blind everywhere is dark.

Do the needful carefor your vision.

If you are assigned to take a break do it.
