It is very important to take good care of your feet. These include bathing your feet, rinse your feet ,dry your feet , trim your nails and wear proper shoes for your feet. I wear comfortable shoes that supports my feet. I used to wear high heel shoes.
After my knee surgery I have learned to wear flat shoes and these are the best shoes. I can walk and run with these shoes. I received lots of compliments on my flat shoes. And that is sufficient for me.
Whenever I get new shoes ,I break into my new shoes gradually. I wear the shoes half hour the first day. Then the next day I will wear the shoes for one hour or more.
Inadequate or improper shoes can cause foot problems such as corns, blisters, bunion, or calluses. Your shoes should fit snugly and not tight. If you’re Diabetic let your healthcare provider know so that they can order Diabetic shoes for you.
