Describe a phase in life that is difficult to say goodbye to.#Dailywritingprompt.#middleage.

There are twelve phases of life from conception phase to decline phase. The phase in life that I don’t want to say goodbye to is my middle life phase that is between thirty five years to sixty five years.

So many cultures in the world value the late adulthood more than any other phase. This is the time when you take a break from what is going on out there and seriously reflect on the actual true meaning of life.

Cognitive, moral, spiritual and the intellectual abilities of the middle age adults will change a little from young adults.Increased in motivation to learn and applied the knowledge acquired to personal use.

There is transitional change in work, physiological, and family relationship.Women may want to change career ,go to school or move to a new direction. On the other hand some women who have been completely plung in their career may simply decide in their forty to start having children.

And as they approach fifty years questions about economic security, retirement become more important with increase in financial and retirement planning.

Having evaluated the goods, the bad and the ugly of life .I am ready to forge ahead with clear understandiing of what life holds for me .

There might be physical and emotional problems just like in young adult due to lifestyle. Both acute and chronic illness may occur. And with increase in age the recovery time might take long.

Still this is the age that I cannot say goodbye to.I want to remain permanently in this phase.Even though I know that it is impossible to remain in one phase for ever and ever.
