Failure / Risk taking / Succeess are close to each other than we can ever imagine.Do you dream big?. And apparent failure will lead to success if you are patient ,consistent and refused to give up.

Are you pushing hard enough?.

Do you press on in difficult situations?.

Failure is never a bad thing.What is really bad is if you give up and refused trying.

So many people fail because they do not take enough risk or they probably give up so quickly.Are you a risk taker?.If you take risk you will meet failure and if you do not give up success is at the corner waiting.

Keep taking the next step and never accept failure as your final answer.

Within you are talents that you have not exploited, so do not be afraid of failure. You just have to redo it again and this time you will do it differently and better.

Until you fail you are probabely not trying hard enough.

Failure simply means that you did not succeed in what you did or what you are doing.We have all experience one form of failure or another in our lives.Some people fail and give up ,cry about their failure and do nothing to reverse it.

While others will work hard finding a way to navigate the challenges and push themselves to a bigger success.That someone failed does not mean that they are doomed for life.

During my first year at University of Southern California ,I had a study group in the group there is this man let us call him Paul.Paul is a great mathematician bring any type of maths-Algebra,Statistic,Calculus he will solve it with his eyes closed.

We spent most of our time studyìng very hard but our midterm result had a different story.Simply put we did not do it well as expected.I cannot accept withdrawing from the university.But Paul felt that his failure means that his self-acceptance and self- esteem has been jeopardized.But that is not the truth at all.He wanted A but ended up with C.

So he withdrew from University of Southern California.I did not see it the way Paul saw it.However I changed my study group. I went to the head of nursing department and told her that I need a mentor and she assigned me with a mentor. My mentor was a year ahead of me.And that was a turning point in my nursing program.I remembered the inventor of elecrricity Mr Edison had so many failures before he succeeded.With series of attempts he discovered electricity.

I met my mentor once a week to go through my assignments.I stopped studying so hard but was making a better grade.I was able to graduate on time

A college professor walked into our history class and announced,”Untill you fail you will not understand the value of P.( pass) My heart skip a bit for few seconds then I recovered and ask him what he was talking about?.He replied some of you spend time watching television instead of studying.I told him that I am not expecting anything less than A.He walked away.After two weeks the final results came out.Some of the students failed and cried bitterly.

Everyone of us know that this professor has no conscience he gives an F( failure) so easily.At the end of May those that failed his subject stayed behind to study and retake the class.They begged some of us to give our test papers to them to see what they did wrong and we did.I offered my history paper, I felt very sorry for them.

It cost them more money to stay almost one month in the campus.They had to feed themselves,paid for extra tutorial,and accommodation.They later passed in flying colors .

So they started the next class with us.At this time because of their failures, they were more serious and spend most of their time studying than watching television or going to parties.

Professor Palet thought all of us a bitter lesson.During our final year most students refused to choose his project.But if you are late in making up your mind on the project that you want to write your thesis on,you will end up with professor Palet project.

Here is a story of the lion and the turtle.The lion is very very hungry.He saw a turtle crawling and decided to use turtle for lunch .But the turtle moved back into its shell.The lion tried several times.He turned the turtle so many times but the turtle refused to serve as lunch for the lion.

After several efforts the lion gave up and walked away.The turtle crawled out of its shell and continue with his journey.So in this case scenerio who failed and who succeeded?.
