To my dear self,
Today I am 100years old.Happy birthday to you.We wish you happy birthday,long life and prosperity.I want to thank my family and friends who have supported me till today.I am very grateful to all of you.And to all the people that I have offended knowingly and unknowingly.Today I ask for your forgiveness.To err is human and to forgive divine.
I will want to unify my prayer with your prayers.Lord you are the God of impossibility,you are powerful,you are a miracle working God ,you are present everywhere.God forgive me all my sins and continue to move me forward in Jesus mighty name amen .
Lord set all of us free from all diseases all these we asked in Jesus name amen. Multiple blessings and mercies to my children and grandchildren.God in heaven let us celebrate my birthday in peace and not in piece in Jesus mighty name amen.
My Physical Appearance.
Hair:There have been so many changes in my physical appearance my hair is now very thin,anyway who cares about that .I am not looking for a man friend.I just want to be physically and mentally fit.
Eyes: I have done cataract surgery on both eyes.I use reading glasses to read my bible.
Face: My face is all wrinkled up but that is the blessing of aging.I use skin moisturizer to moisturize my face and body everyday.
Wrinkle: Wrinkles has built the castle in my face which is very great.Atleast my nose is still pointed.I exercise four times a week to maintain my figure.
Kidney: I am grateful to God that I do not have incontinient of bladder and bowel.I can use the restroom.I just have to be fast so that I do not urinate on myself because the moment I feel like going the urine is almost out.
I had hysrectomy forty years ago and since then I have been doing great.I had a total knee replacement twenty years ago .I do my best not to walk fast and to wear a low heel shoes.
I take my maintaince drugs everyday and this include my blood pressure medications.I go to church every Sunday and read my bible everyday. I have my annual physical examination once a year and my dentist three times a year.
Conclusively,I will say to myself that I give God all the glory for keeping me alive.Everyday that I wake up is a huge blessings from God.Lord I thank you for making me reach 100 years today and for evertthing you have done for me .
God please I ask for more years on earth.I prayer that heaven will open up and pour blessings to,my children ,grandchildren, and everyone around.I pray for victory to every child and their family amen.
