The strategies that I will use to cope with negative feelings are as follow:
1.Withdrawal from friends,family and the public gradually.
2.I will strategize, trying to think it through of what actually happened.
3. Design a plan with a short and long term goals on how to deal with the negative feelings.
4.Remove all the bad apples and rearange the good apples.
5.Focus and be persistent on how to be much better than before.
6.Zip up my mouth.Will not let the left hand know with the right is doing until it becomes suceessful.
7.Implement my plan with laser focused, making sure that it is going smoothly.
8.Evaluation of what was implemented.Are you suceessful?.If failed make changes,fix the problem and reevaluate again.
9.Once in the right direction smile will appear without invitations and negative feelings will disappear to the back seat.Happiness will return.

I’ve learned to go ahead and let myself have the negative feelings. That way, they pass and I can get on to the positive feelings.
