The impact of technology on my job cannot be over emphasized. Nurses and other medical professionals use computer for charting,assessment, documentaions, diagnostic studies,testing,intravenous nutrition (TPN),troubleshooting.

Technology has played a major role in the delivery of healthcare to every community.The use of technology has saved so many lives.There are so many areas of healthcare that technology has helped for example medication adminstration,blood transfusion,heart transplant,kidney transplant ,chemotherapy,radiation,pet scan,CT scan etc.

Technology has helped people to live longer. Technology has played lots of positive roles in the world.It will not surprise you to know that the fastest growing segment of the society are those older than 85years old.

In late 1940 the first effective antibiotics were discovered and this helped many infectious diseases that accounted for the deaths of millions of people before the discovery of antibiotics to be properly controlled.

There are vaccines world wide to prevent smallpox, Polio, viruses, typhoid,fever.Thanks to technology modern medicine has come to stay.

Conclusively technology has made life easier for so many developmemt around the world.The use of tractors for agriculture, irrigation,the use of computer generated device to deliver medications ,artificial legs,hands,and so on.
