A decision in the past that has helped me learn and grow was when I decided to move from nursing assistant to Registered Nurse with four years bachelor’s degree.
As a nursing assistant my income was not enough.I worked 100hours a week at $8.33/hour.We lived paycheck to paycheck ,one bedroom apartment.So I stood in front of my mirrow one morning and talked to myself loud and clear.
That same year in about 1991 ,I went back to school to study nursing and become a registered nurse.It was the best decision and the best thing that happened to me.My income improved drastically and we were able to afford buying a new house.
