SOME SYMPTOMS OF HYPOGLYCEMIA ARE?.

What are the factors that causes hypoglycemia. (low blood sugar)

Some of the causes of low blood sugar are: Too much insulin or Diabetic medication, little food or too much physical activity with empty stomach. (Read and understand the 15minutes rules of low blood sugar)

Symptoms of hypoglycemia are:

Irritability.

Hungry.

Confusion.

Headache.

Tremors(shaking).

Blurring of vision.

Normal blood pressure.

Tachycardia.

Normal Respiration.

Skin cool and Clammy.

Diaphoresis.

Coma.

Normal urine output.

NB: Don’t allow your low blood sugar to become medical emergency.

Eat balanced meals three times a day.

If your blood sugar is constantly low you will need to call your healthcare provider to adjust your insulin.

Don’t just change it by yourself without healthcare professional advice.

If you will not eat do not take your Diabetic medication.

Follow doctor orders and monitor your blood sugar.
