What are the most important priority ( intervention)for health Promotion and Wellness in middle age adults?.

1.Encourage to go for blood pressure screening.

2.Maintain eating of balanced meals three times a day.

3. The importance of adequate nutrients cannot be overemphasized.

4.Exercise classes to increase blood circulation and improve joints mobility. 5.Reduce stress.( Stress is not good for the body)

6.Do your best to reduce stress. 6.Stop 🚬 🚬 🚬 smoking.

7.Stop alcoholism.

8.Learn to cope with your loss such as divorce, death of friends or family members.

9.Find support groups that can help with your situation.

10.Meditation. Self πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ meditation is good for you. It is motivational.

11.Express gratitude for the air you breathe for your life. Count your blessings one by one.
