What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?.#Dailywritingprompt.

According to World Health Organization ,” Health is a complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity “.Human beings have interdependent parts that come together to form a whole person. These including the physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, sociocultural and environmental.

The strategies that I will use to maintain my health and well-being include making choices and actions that promotes my health and well-being .These actions are

1.Eating healthy everyday. (Balanced meals of protein, carbohydrates and fat three times a day)

2.Frequent exercise 30minutes to one hour five days a week.Walking ,swimming, treadmills, 🏃 running and hiking. It helps the blood to circulate well, allows us to have more energy and maintain normal blood sugar levels. Eat well before exercising.

3. Sleeping seven to eight hours a day. There are 24hours a day so sleeping seven hours to eight hours in 24hours is actually good for the body. It is a good strategy to maintain a healthy and good well-being.

4. No smoking 🚬 or drinking alcohol. Our beliefs and health behaviors tend to affect how we take care of our health and well-being.It is so funny how some nurses will educate their patients not to smoke but they smoke a lot.If it is bad for your patients why are you doing it?. Some of these patients will like to emulate their nurses.

5.Think positively and be effective thinker. That is important to think critically.

6.Make things simple and not complicated. You don’t want to be nagging unnecessarily over nothing. Why are you nagging?.

7.Laughing.It is important to laugh.
