Was today typical?.#Dailywritingprompt.

I will say that today is not typical.I received a terrible news that a very close sister died. The news was so shocking and devastating that I couldn’t do anything but to 😱 scream and yell all day in my room as if the wall could hear my cry. Even if the wall heard my cry what can they do about it?.

She was my childhood friend and a sister. What killed her I kept asking no response. I finally got information that she had breast cancer. She never told anyone that she had breast cancer. I became very miserable all day.

The dull weather today with the death of a close sister was temptations that overpowered me.I was lousy all day .I couldn’t do much for the day .It was very cloudy and I kept wondering and looking out of the window to see if it is going to rain. The lousy weather conditions continue all day and I became a partaker. In the end I became disappointed that the rain didn’t grace the sky and rush down to us since we badly needed the rain. As we all know many factors can influence movements. One of these factors is the weather. The weather conditions exerts the greatest influence.

A clear weather is invigorating and increased activity.I did not feel that today. High humidity, cloudy weather or high temperatures on the other hand will discourage and put a hold on any extra activity. The bad weather affected the desire for exercise or going to outdoor parks and sports areas. There are also other detractors that made it not to be a typical day and these include my lost, air pollution, lack of support ,reliability of family members, insufficient resources , health and wellness.

Prevention of immobility should always be a major important factor because the serious effects of immobility on the cardiovascular system are increased cardiac workload, orthostatic hypotension and venous thrombosis.

Conclusively I will say that today is not my typical day the lost of a sister and a dear friend slowed me down so badly. I didn’t know what it was .I was blaming it on everything including the dull weather. Little did I know that a serious bad news is about to hit me.I hope that she received all the needed care that she deserved. I will use this media to plead that if you have a severe sickness such as cancer do not do it alone call and shout out for help because you never know where you help will come from.Meanwhile rain never showed up.

DON’T HIDE SICKNESS THAT WILL KILL YOU IF ADEQUATE CARE IS NOT TAKEN.
