How do you celebrate holidays?.#Dailywritingprompt.

Celebration of holidays are always jolly time of the year with my family members. I celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with my family members every year. I am already looking forward for this year 2023 holidays celebrations.

I usually will celebrate Thanksgiving with my family in November . I will cook ,bake and cater some of the dishes. We will all eat ,drink together and watch television together . We have all sorts of dishes to choose from.The Christmas trees are ready in November. Standing tall and waiting to be decorated and to receive gifts.

Here comes the month of December. From 24th to the 27th of December we will get together and celebrate the Christmas holidays. During this time we exchange gifts, we eat food make merry and drink as much as we want ( Water,juice, red wine,white wine,coffee and small stout)These two events are unique and unforgettable in my family. We eat ,drink and party as if there will be no tomorrow. Life is very good.

We usually do our gift exchange on the 24th of December after midnight or on a Christmas day after Church services.

In those days that is in the beginning holidays are celebrated as a dedication to religious observation. But in the modern world holidays are usually a celebration of families and friends coming together to make or create memories.
