  My dream job is to be a nurse enterpreneur or director of nursing . In every job especially in management level has its  rewards and challenging. You will be well paid, well known by almost everyone in the establishment and so is the challenges. Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown.

 You will be accountable, responsible, resilient, persistent, persevere,come up with positive results, troubleshooting with innovative solutions. The expectation is usually very high and mistakes can lead to firing.

  As a nurse enterpreneur you could do a health related businesses, you could be a college professor and provide nursing education.You could work as a nursing consultant to different institutions. To function in this capacity you need an advanced degree.

  My other dream job is to be a  director of nursing in the hospital or in nursing school. Directors of nursing because of the high responsibilities can be easily  fired. 

  And sometimes escorted out of the building upon fire  like a common criminal .But I still have the desire to work as a director of nursing.  

  As a director of nursing you will be in charge of managing the business of the entire administrative services of nursing department in the health care industry or in hospital or in the healthcare establishment. As a director leadership skills, extensive education, ,experiences are requirements

Functions of director of nursing nclude but not limited to:

1.making vital decisions for the future of the hospital or organization and development of business plans .

2. Hiring of nursing staff, departmental  budgeting . 

3.Implementation of new policies and procedures.

4.Also establish departmental objectives and goals.
