My daily morning rituals in the first one hour.As I open my eyes, praise and thank God for making me see another day.

I sing praises to God.I pray,meditate asking God to give us this day ,forgive us our sins as we forgive those we trespass against us.Lead us not into temptation.But deliver us from all evils.

I will go and turn off the outside lights, brush my teeeth,use my treadmill or walk for thirty minutes.This is my morning rituals in my first one hour of waking up.
