I am a leader not a follower.I understand and function as a leader much better than a follower. I feel like my skin is crawling inside of me and my stomach grumbles when I am dealing with an ineffective leader.

Here are qualities of a leader.

1. Communication: As a leader you must be an effective communicator.You have to communicate and teach/educate when needed.

2.Integrity: That is being honest,reliable and accountable.You should be able to lead by example so that your followers will emulate your leadership skills.

3.Servant of others.I am humble and willing to bend down and serve other people.I am always and willing to sacrifice my time,money and strength to make the organization or a group or an individual to move forward.

4.Courageous person.I am encourageous and able to lift people up in difficult situation.I am focus and able to follow direction judiciously.

5.Wisdom: If you want to lead it is important that you have wisdom and it is great to apply wisdom in your leadership role. Wisdom is uncommon and it is a valuable asset that should be hghly appreciated.

6.Self awareness is important for an effective and efficient leadership.

Conclusively , there are so many attributes of a good leader.I only gave six example.What qualifies someone to be called a leader?.
